Background The contract is issued in support of the Joint Base Charleston Air Show, which will take place from May 1 to May 3, 2026. The contractor is responsible for providing portable restroom services, including standard and ADA-compliant units, to ensure adequate sanitation facilities for attendees during the event. Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver, set up, relocate, and perform periodic servicing of portable restrooms. Specific tasks include: - Delivery of rental toilets to designated site locations. - Setup for operation and maintenance of portable toilets. - Periodic service cleaning as specified in Appendix A. - Ensuring all units are stabilized and readily accessible. - Portable toilets must be in place by April 29, 2026, and removed by May 4, 2026. - The contractor must relocate rental toilets within 24 hours upon request from the Contracting Officer (CO) or their representative. Minimum requirements for rental toilets include: - Solid heavy-duty construction with stability or anchoring systems. - Self-closing doors that lock from the inside. - Adequate ventilation ports screened against insects. - Pest-proof design with prompt replacement if entry points are detected.
