The contractor is responsible for providing labor, materials, and travel to and from Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC in order to provide two 15-minute P-51 warbird aerobatic flight demonstrations for the 2026 Charleston Airshow. Demonstrations are to occur on May 2, 2026, and May 3, 2026, respectively. All work shall be performed in accordance with Atch-01, P-51 Mustang Warbird Fighter Demonstration SOW_05 Mar 2026. Background The 2026 Charleston Airshow is organized by the United States government, specifically at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC. Performing two 15-minute aerobatic flight demonstrations on May 2 and May 3, 2026, between 1000 and 1600 EST. 2. Conducting a practice performance on May 1, 2026, during the same hours. 3. Making the aircraft available for static display during airshow hours when not in flight. 4. Interacting with the crowd for autographs, photos, and questions from performance time through close of grounds. 5. Coordinating arrival times with the requirement owner prior to arrival at JB CHS on April 30, 2026, to allow for pre-coordination briefings and crew rest before safety briefings.
