Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the improvement of facilities at Prince William Forest Park, specifically focusing on the Camp 5A and Camp 5B bathhouses and visitor access. Improve Cabin Camp 5A Bathhouse - This includes renovations and upgrades to existing facilities to enhance functionality and accessibility. 2. Improve Cabin Camp 5B Bathhouse - Similar improvements as Camp 5A, focusing on restoring and upgrading facilities. 3. Improve Camp 5 Visitor Access - Enhancements to ensure safe and accessible pathways for visitors. All work must comply with applicable specifications and standards for public property maintenance. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from November 1, 2025, to November 1, 2026, with specific tasks having designated delivery dates.
