Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), specifically the Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJISD), is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify capabilities that will empower their internal workforce by standardizing development and operations environments across CJIS projects. The goal is to implement an integrated suite of tools that supports the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and enhances productivity and operational efficiency across all CJIS projects. The CJISD, located in Clarksburg, WV, provides IT systems and services serving the criminal justice community. Work Details The RFI seeks to gather information on capabilities that include: 1. Agile planning and work management tools to support SAFe practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and work tracking. 2. Source code repository management with version control. 3. Automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines. 4. Service desk capabilities for incident and problem management. 5. Technical documentation for development artifacts, operational runbooks, and internal documentation supporting ongoing activities such as Operations and Maintenance (O&M). 6. Centralized user management with role-based access controls. The environment should also support various roles in SAFe, project and portfolio management, metrics visualization, workflows and automation, customizable helpdesks, seamless integration with existing tools, user-friendly design for non-IT users while offering advanced features for IT professionals, authentication methods like SAML/OAUTH SSO, and API access for product management. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the FBI's CJIS Division located in Clarksburg, WV.
