1.5 ton HVAC Unit and Explosion Controll Panel IAW Sailent Charcterstics. Please be mindful of recommended delivery date. If unable to meet, purpose a date before delivery. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ represents the lowest price technically acceptable quotation. To be determined technically acceptable, the quote must demonstrate items quoted meet the salient characteristics as defined in this solicitation. Quotes will be arranged according to their total price and evaluated for technical acceptability on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Please provide product specifications to assist with Acceptable/Unacceptable determination. The evaluation process will begin with the lowest price quote and will continue until a quote is deemed technically acceptable. Once a quote receives an Acceptable rating, the evaluation will stop, and award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. Interchanges: The government intends to award a purchase order without interchanges with respective vendors. Vendors are advised to quote their best terms. The government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with none, some, or all vendors of its choosing.
