Background The Bureau of Reclamation's Elephant Butte Field Division currently utilizes the BOR Enterprise Cisco VoIP system with SIP trunk service for local and long-distance telephone access. Due to the current carrier discontinuing SIP services, the site requires a new provider to maintain SIP trunk connectivity. This solicitation aims to identify businesses capable of providing the necessary SIP trunk service. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and incidental services necessary to deliver SIP trunk service to the Elephant Butte site. The Bureau of Reclamation will continue to support and manage the telephone system and government-owned equipment at the location. The requirement is for one (1) commercially available VoIP SIP trunk. The SIP trunk/circuit shall be installed at the Elephant Butte Field Division, HC 32, Box 312, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. The circuit must provide external dial tone at this location. Key tasks include: 1) Provide a performance-based Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.99% uptime; 2) Ensure bandwidth is maintained at levels commensurate with circuit requirements; 3) Maintain low network latency and minimal packet loss; 4) Provide 24/7/365 support; 5) Assist with technical support and consultation for circuits and associated hardware; 6) Send email notifications when system updates become available. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Elephant Butte Field Division located at HC 32, Box 312, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.
