Background The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Montana Area Office (MTAO) is seeking custodial services for thirteen recreation areas in and around Barretts Diversion Dam and Clark Canyon Reservoir, excluding the concession area. This contract is part of their mission to maintain public facilities and ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing custodial services which include but are not limited to: cleaning restrooms, picnic areas, parking lots, and other public use areas; trash collection and disposal; maintaining cleanliness of facilities; ensuring compliance with safety standards; and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities. The contractor must also adhere to environmental management systems and comply with OSHA standards. Specific tasks include: - Daily cleaning of restrooms and replenishing supplies. - Weekly cleaning of picnic areas and trash collection. - Monthly deep cleaning of all facilities. - Immediate response to any hazardous conditions or spills. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period not exceeding 5 years and 6 months, including any options that may be exercised. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various recreation areas in Montana, specifically around Barretts Diversion Dam and Clark Canyon Reservoir.
