Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a solicitation for an annual service agreement for the Agilent Slider Stainer at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of the Artisan Link Pro Stain System, which is critical for the Anatomic Pathology Department's operations. This service agreement aims to provide comprehensive support, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, to enhance the reliability and efficiency of diagnostic processes. Work Details The contractor shall provide Service and Maintenance on the Artisan Link Pro Stain System, including: - Unlimited service visits Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. - 24/7 phone support for troubleshooting assistance. - All necessary warranted repair parts (non-refurbished), travel, and labor for installation. - Preventive Maintenance visits performed by qualified Field Service Engineers, including kits and labor. - Emergency repair response within 24 hours during business hours. - A 98% uptime guarantee for the Artisan Link Pro Stain System. - Compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations, including maintaining a CLIA certificate of accreditation.
