This is a Pre-Award Synopsis Notice. The Operational Maintenance Division (AFSC/PZIMA) at Robins AFB, Georgia, anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) where the Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor and transportation for two (2) KT300-S000 Piston Pumps. See Product Description for more information. This requirement is intended to be solicited as Brand Name, and Full and Open Competition. Robins AFB intends on awarding one (1) Firm- Fixed Price (FFP) contract. A solicitation will be issued on, or around, 9 March 2026. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabiity to respond to the requiement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

Background The Operational Maintenance Division (AFSC/PZIMA) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is preparing to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of specific equipment. The goal of this contract is to acquire two KT300-S000 Piston Pumps, which are essential for the operational needs of the agency. This requirement is intended to be solicited as Brand Name and Full and Open Competition, with the intention of awarding one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary for the delivery of two (2) KT300-S000 Piston Pumps. The Contractor is also required to provide a thirty (30) month warranty on the pumps as per the attached manufacturer warranty. No incidental services or options are included in this requirement. The Contractor must comply with various security requirements including personnel security regulations according to 32 CFR Part 117 and ensure secure communications methods are used for transmitting classified or sensitive information. Additionally, risk management procedures must be implemented to avoid counterfeit parts and ensure compliance with relevant standards such as DoDI5000.83 and NIST Special Publication 800-53.
