Background The purpose of this procurement is to ensure that the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is provided maintenance, upgrades, new version releases, and customer support for the existing Freezerworks Summit Server Software. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) to maintain eight (8) concurrent user licenses and ensure access to customer support and upgrades for the Freezerworks Client Server. This software is essential for managing inventory of compounds at the Therapeutic Discovery Branch in USAMRIID, which aligns with their mission to protect against biological threats. Work Details The Contractor shall provide the following services: 1) Unlimited expert customer support through phone, email, or online remote sessions to ensure optimum performance, data integrity, and efficient workflow; 2) Software updates and maintenance releases at no extra cost; 3) New version releases as they become available; 4) Customer support response within two (2) to five (5) business days after a request is submitted. The Contractor must also develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements, monitor work performance, and manage staff qualifications. Place of Performance The work will be performed online via intranet.
