The goal of this contract is to select a qualified construction manager to oversee the construction of several educational facilities, enhancing the District's infrastructure and capacity to serve students. Work Details The projects include: 1. **Elementary School #10**: A two-story school approximately 105,000 SF with a capacity of 900 students, including amenities such as a cafeteria, gymnasium, library, special needs area, and outdoor learning center. Estimated construction cost: $44,979,000. 2. **Elementary School #11**: Similar in size and capacity to Elementary School #10 but may be single or two-story based on site conditions. Estimated construction cost: $48,127,500. 3. **High School #3**: A comprehensive two-story high school approximately 485,000 SF with a capacity of 2,500 students featuring an auditorium, gymnasiums, fine arts wing, and athletic complex.
