The purpose of this Amendment 0013 is for the following reasons: 1. This is a correction to Amendment 0012 that was issued on 17-Feb-26. The corrections are listed under Sections A-C: A. The amendment is open only to the offerors that provided a proposal under SPE60525R0221. It is only opened to SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). B.
