The services will be provided under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Work Details The contractor shall provide RRC in-house services and home confinement services for federal offenders. Key tasks include: 1. Providing RRC services for an average daily population (ADP) of 24 or less federal offenders at a fixed monthly rate. 2. Offering in-house inmate day rates based on varying ADP levels: 25-36, 37-48, and 49 or more federal offenders. 3. Providing home confinement services with a radius of 200 miles from the RRC facility, including fixed monthly rates for ADP of 13 or less and day rates for higher ADP levels (14-19, 20-25, and 26 or more). The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain adequate programming and case management for offenders.
