Background The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) and the Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC) are conducting market research for non-personal services to support professional federal contracting services at AFTAC, located at Patrick SFB, FL. The mission is to execute a complex acquisition portfolio necessary for monitoring nuclear test ban treaties through a $2B contract portfolio. The contractor will collaborate with AMIC contracting officers to achieve mission-oriented outcomes. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Contract Administration Support Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Professional federal contracting support services including acquisition planning, market research, acquisition strategy development, and contract document development. 2. Cost/price analysis and preparation of determinations and justifications. 3. Assistance with proposal evaluations and documentation of technical evaluations. 4. Execution of contract administration duties while maintaining contract writing and filing systems. 5. Cradle-to-grave contracting support including pre- and post-award administration. 6. Development of Quality Control Plans (QCP) and adherence to acquisition milestones. Period of Performance The ordering period for the contract is five years from the date of award. Place of Performance Performance will be executed at the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), Patrick SFB, FL.
