Background This solicitation is issued by Patrick Space Force Base, which is seeking to procure maintenance services for the LENEL OnGuard access control system. The goal of this contract is to ensure the security of facility doors across multiple locations at Patrick SFB and Cape Canaveral AFS, supporting over 186 facilities. The maintenance services are critical for the day-to-day operations of the system, which includes both scheduled and emergency support. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for the LENEL OnGuard System, including: 1. Support for 84 service calls annually, including scheduled preventative maintenance and non-scheduled system maintenance and repair. 2. Preventive maintenance tasks such as: - Inspecting the interior of LENEL controllers for cleanliness and checking all connections. - Checking backup batteries and marking replacement dates. - Inspecting door contacts, card readers, SECACC keypads, and door strikes for proper operation and security. - Installing required software updates on government computers and ensuring operational functionality post-installation. - Ensuring badge printers are operational after software changes with necessary adjustments or cleaning. 3. Annual renewal of the LENEL Pro Support software license fee. 4. Replacement parts must be procured separately with prior approval from a designated government representative, ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
