Background The 7th Contracting Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Laundry Cleaning Services for a Non-Appropriated Funds Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Key performance objectives include: 1) Comply with pickup and delivery schedules 95% of the time per month; 2) Comply with packaging requirements 95% of the time per month; 3) Comply with workmanship and sanitation requirements 95% of the time per month; 4) Comply with vehicle interior requirements 95% of the time per month; 5) Perform repairs as needed 95% of the time per month; 6) Deliver correct quantities as specified.
