Background The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), specifically the Office of Applied Science and Environmental Solutions (OASES) and the Applied Science and Environmental Methods Division (ASEMD), located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking to award a fixed price purchase order for maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and performance of the government-owned BioRad QX200 ddPCR System through specialized maintenance services provided by the sole source vendor. Work Details The contractor will provide on-site maintenance service for the BioRad QX200 ddPCR System, which includes: - Provision of factory new or factory remanufactured parts. - Local service representation by factory trained/certified engineers. - Service and installation for all instrumentation manufactured and sold by BioRad Laboratories. - Replacement parts, instrument and software upgrades, protocol compliance, and remote monitoring and diagnostic services that are proprietary to BioRad. - Maintenance and repair must be performed exclusively by BioRad trained and certified service engineers to avoid adverse effects on system performance.
