This requirement is for the supplies and services required to sustain Contract Logistics Support for both the Trusted Aircraft Information Program (AIP) Download Station (TADS) units as well as the integrated software package referred to as the Common Mission Debrief Program (CMDP) for the F-15 C/D/E Fleet. These services will include repair and testing, shipping and receiving, inventory tracking and documentation, spares management, and firmware/logic support. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and other items necessary to accomplish these services.

Background The United States Air Force (USAF) is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary for the qualification and production of the F-15 Trusted Aircraft Information Download Station (TADS) and Common Mission Debrief Program (CMDP). This requirement aims to sustain Contract Logistics Support for TADS units and the integrated software package CMDP for the F-15 C/D/E Fleet. The level of security clearance required for this contract is Secret, and there will be foreign participation involved. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive services including: - Repair and testing of TADS and CMDP systems; - Shipping and receiving of materials; - Inventory tracking and documentation; - Spares management; - Firmware/logic support. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and other items necessary to accomplish these services. Additionally, the contractor must provide, maintain, and calibrate all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. All contractor-furnished materials or parts used for replacement must equal or exceed the quality of the original materials or parts. Place of Performance Robins AFB, GA
