THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government. The 60th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (60 AES) on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for full service maintenance coverage of the Laerdal SimMan 3G. The contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, supplies, material, transportation, parts, and replacement parts, diagnostic equipment and other equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive, corrective/maintenance services. Additionally, the contractor shall provide extended warranty and loaner services. This RFI is to determine the availability of business to include small businesses to provide the required services. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in reponse to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. Respondents are requested to provide the following information: 1. Business name, address, company representative information. 2. Business size and type of Small Business (if applicable). 3. Cage code. 4. Capability package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the product and services in the PWS. 5. Provide input on PWS. Background The 60th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (60 AES) at Travis Air Force Base, California, requires full-service maintenance coverage for the Laerdal SimMan 3G. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in compliance with applicable standards and specifications, thereby supporting the mission of the squadron. Work Details The contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, parts, diagnostic equipment, and other necessary resources to maintain and provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for the Laerdal SimMan 3G. Key tasks include: 1. Scheduled Maintenance Inspections: One preventive maintenance inspection per year by OEM authorized personnel, including system operation review, functional testing checks, refurbishment/replacement of consumables, and documentation of findings. 2. Unscheduled/Corrective/Repair Services: Coverage under a one-year extended warranty for materials and workmanship issues. 3. Loaner Simulator Service: Provision of a loaner simulator upon request with prepaid shipping for both directions. 4. On-Site Equipment Installation: One-time installation by a Laerdal-Certified Field Service Engineer during the base year period. 5. Telephone Support: Access to OEM telephone support available 24/7 for technical issues and Monday to Friday for clinical applications support. 6. Software Support: Provision of software updates and patches with prior approval from the Government. 7. Service Reports: Submission of service reports detailing date and time of service and other relevant information after any maintenance performed.
