Background The Cheyenne River Agency (CRA), located in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, is issuing this solicitation for window replacement and installation at their Roads Building No. 2011. Providing all materials needed for the new windows and installations which include framing in the opening, installing new windows, extension jambs, interior trim, and exterior trim. The specific product required includes two HAYFIELD 201 Series Single Slider windows with specified dimensions and features such as LowE double glazing and argon filling. All materials must comply with current industry standards and the NFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from March 2, 2026, to June 5, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the Cheyenne River Agency Roads Building located at 2011 D Street, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625.
