Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a solicitation for the provision of shuttle services to Ford Island, aimed at facilitating transportation for visitors and staff between key locations within the Pearl Harbor National Memorial. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe, reliable, and timely shuttle transportation for visitors and NPS personnel. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, drivers, supervision, management, dispatch services, vehicles (including backup vehicles), vehicle maintenance, insurance, fuel, equipment, safety measures, and administrative support. The shuttle service will operate one trip per day, three days per week between the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center (PHVC), Ford Island, the USS Utah Memorial, and the USS Oklahoma Memorial. The contract includes a base year with options for additional years. Each option year will maintain the same service level as the base year unless modifications are specified. Special event services may also be required on designated holidays or occasions. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2031 with specific option years extending through May 31 of each subsequent year.
