TBA - Contractor: TBD - Description: This requirement is for U.S. flagged, Jones Act, ocean-going certified tug capable of towing a U.S. naval vessel. Vessel will serve as a contingency towing vessel in the Caribbean Sea and remain able to respond to a vessel casualty and take it under tow as required within 48 hours of notification. Vessel will remain at anchor or in-port within response range until needed.
