Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to provide janitorial/custodial services at Army Reserve facility KS085 located at 2012 Metropolitan Ave, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is responsible for maintaining a satisfactory facility condition and ensuring a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance. Specific tasks include: - Daily cleaning of restrooms and common areas - Dusting and sanitizing surfaces - Floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Waste disposal and recycling management - Periodic deep cleaning as specified in the PWS. The contractor will not exercise supervision or control over service providers performing these services; accountability lies solely with the contractor. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and an option to extend services for up to six (6) months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Army Reserve facility located at 2012 Metropolitan Ave Leavenworth, KS 66048.
