Background The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), is seeking quotes for municipal solid waste (trash) collection and disposal services for its facility located in Casper, Wyoming. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient waste management services that meet the operational needs of the facility while adhering to applicable regulations. Work Details The contractor will provide municipal solid waste collection and disposal services, which includes: 1. One (1) 30-yard dumpster with collection and disposal once per month. 2. One (1) 4-yard dumpster with collection and disposal once per week. The contract includes a base year and four option years, with services to be billed at a yearly firm fixed price, paid monthly. Period of Performance The period of performance for the base year is from April 15, 2026, to April 14, 2027. Each option year follows consecutively from April 15 of the respective year through April 14 of the following year. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Western Area Power Administration Casper Field Office/ Warehouse located at 5600 West Poison Spider Rd, Casper, WY 82604.
