Background The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO, has a requirement to renovate Well No. 1. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and operational efficiency of water supply facilities as part of the agency's mission to provide reliable scientific information about the environment.
