Period of Performance The anticipated term of the contract is two (2) years with two (2) one-year options to extend at the County’s sole option. Place of Performance The services will be performed within Suffolk County, New York. Bidder Requirements Firms must demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in one or more of the specified practice areas. Proposals must include compliance forms such as the Disqualification of Non-responsible Bidders form and a Non-Collusive Offer Certification. Additionally, firms must disclose any conflicts of interest and provide financial statements as part of their submission.
