Background

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have valid insurance and necessary licenses. They are required to submit a Bid Proposal Face Sheet, Form of Proposal, Contractor Experience Form, and provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to NYCHA. Additionally, bidders must upload Section 3 REO & OEO Plans via eComply.
