Background The contract is issued by the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA, with the goal of sustaining certification for the ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS). This effort aligns with WR-ALC's 2025 Strategic Goal 2.2.3, which focuses on modernizing energy conservation initiatives and supporting the Air Force Materiel Command's Energy Assurance Campaign Plan. Work Details The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to deliver Strategic Energy Manager (SEM) expertise necessary for maintaining ISO 50001 certification. Key tasks include: 1. Subcontracting inspection/certification of the ISO 50001 program to Advanced Waste Management Systems, Inc. 2. Identifying and implementing support structures and initiatives for achieving and maintaining ISO 50001 certification. 3. Conducting training and two annual audits. 4. Onboarding additional Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) and developing a Complex-wide WR-ALC baseline energy model and performance indicators in accordance with Superior Energy Performance (SEP) requirements. 5. Collecting credible energy metering data to develop baselines, perform linear regression analysis modeling, validate energy usage changes, evaluate deviations, and track energy performance. 6. Validating, maintaining, and installing meters where necessary to ensure credible availability of metering data. 7. Engaging with base personnel and management to ensure all ISO 50001 elements are documented and functioning correctly to maintain certification. Place of Performance Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA.
