THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This requirement is a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 335932-Noncurrent Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Feedback responses from contractors that are interested and capable of completing this requirement can be submitted electronically to Mr. Jeffrey Dreyer at jeffrey.dreyer@us.af.mil and not later than 17 February 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). As part of its market research, the 355TH Contracting Squadron is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. 355 CMS/MXMCE is requesting a commodity purchase and installation of two 115/230VAC, 4-wire, 3-phase, 60 Amp receptacles designed to mate with the purge unit plug CPH-6034BC with included installation for both in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics and Performance Work Statement (PWS). All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.

Background The 355TH Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing solutions for the installation of electrical receptacles at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), Arizona. This requirement is a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The goal is to ensure that the installation meets the necessary specifications and standards while maintaining operational integrity. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to install two 115/230VAC, 4-wire, 3-phase, 60 Amp receptacles in Building 5045 at DMAFB. The receptacles must be compatible with Purge Unit Plug CPH-6034BC and include installation services. Specific requirements include: - Removal of defective hardware and connectors. - Installation of wall-mounted receptacles connected to the existing General Duty Safety Cut-Off Switch. - Provision of all components necessary for a complete installation including wiring, caps, mounting hardware, and terminal lugs. - Receptacles must be rated for Hazardous Location Class I, Group C with delayed-action contacts for safety. - Functional testing upon completion to verify proper operation.
