Background The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a mission-critical need for emergency vehicle equipment upfits to support the NGA police. The goal of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on contractors capable of performing police patrol and K9 vehicle emergency equipment upfits, ensuring functionality and reliability. This RFI is intended solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment to contract or a request for proposals. Work Details The tasks under this contract include the installation, servicing, and maintenance of emergency light systems, sirens, radios, antennas, switches, relays, computer mounts, consoles, prisoner restraint barriers, gun mounts, reflective graphics, and related items in patrol vehicles and K9 vehicles. Qualified automotive technicians must perform these upfits safely and efficiently. Additional services may include warranty repairs and replacement of damaged or worn-out items installed during the upfit process. Place of Performance The contract will be performed in St. Louis, MO and NGA Springfield VA.
