Background The project involves the construction of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Integrated Training Center (ITC) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. This facility is designed to support the GBSD training by consolidating various wing-level training functions, including Maintenance, Security Forces, Cyber Defense, and Operations into a single location. The project is part of a broader mission to enhance national security through improved training infrastructure. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the complete construction of the ITC Building as specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) drawings and specifications. Key tasks include: 1) Construction of the ITC Building, which encompasses approximately 85,000 square feet including two-story administration and training areas and vehicle maintenance training bays; 2) Sitework that includes grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water, power, telecommunications, and paving improvements; 3) Removal and disposal of contaminated soil containing heavy metals; 4) Implementation of cybersecurity measures for commercial equipment and software; 5) Procurement of electric power from High West Energy to support the facility. The project must comply with various technical specifications including Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and is expected to complete all work within 1095 calendar days.
