Background The University of New Mexico is seeking qualified and experienced system integration (SI) partners to support the implementation of a modern cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This initiative aims to enhance various operational areas including Financial Administration, Institutional Budgeting, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Institutional Operations, Human Resources/Payroll Administration, and Student Information System Administration. Work Details The selected SI partner will be responsible for the implementation of a cloud-based ERP solution that encompasses the following services: - Financial Administration - Institutional Budgeting - Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Institutional Operations - Human Resources/Payroll Administration - Student Information System Administration. The detailed scope of work is provided in the Buyer Attachments which include specific requirements for project management, implementation approach, change management, data governance and migration, integration architecture, pricing structure, and service levels. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the successful implementation of the ERP solution. Specific timelines are outlined in the proposal documents. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico's facilities or remotely as required by the project specifications. Bidder Requirements Bidders must review and accept attached insurance requirements, sign and upload a Conflict of Interest Form, and complete a Submittal Form. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to provide documentation for Resident Veteran Business Certification or Native American Veteran Business Certification to be eligible for preference points.
