Background The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) is seeking to address staffing shortages for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Direct Support Professionals (DSP). The agency supports residents with various disabilities and has faced challenges in filling full-time positions. This has necessitated the use of temporary staffing services to comply with state and federal regulations for medical services. Work Details The contractor will provide temporary CNA and DSP staffing services, which include: - Assisting with activities of daily living - Personal physical care - Therapeutic interventions - Documenting care provided - Completing assigned direct care and nursing tasks - Accompanying residents on outings - Participating in team meetings and trainings - Ensuring compliance with WLRC policies and state laws.
