Underground Storage Tank Inspection/Testing Services

Background

The contract is issued for the purpose of conducting underground storage tank (UST) compliance inspections and testing at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB). The inspections are required to ensure adherence to ARM 17.56 regarding Underground Storage Tanks for Petroleum and Chemical Substances, as well as MCA Title 75, Chapter 11 related to Underground Storage Tanks. The goal is to maintain compliance with regulatory standards in the facilities operated by the 10th, 12th, and 490th Missile Squadrons. Work Details: The contractor will be responsible for conducting triennial and annual compliance inspections/testing of underground storage tanks (USTs) at MAFB facilities. This includes performing walkthrough checklists to assess the condition and compliance of USTs in accordance with applicable regulations. The inspections must adhere to the guidelines set forth in ARM 17.56 and MCA Title 75, Chapter 11. Place of Performance: Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), specifically within the facilities of the 10th, 12th, and 490th Missile Squadrons.
