Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance The project will take place at the John T. Harrington Forestry Research Center located at State Hwy 518, Mora, NM 87732. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide proof of an active Sam.gov registration and submit a hard copy of a 5% Bid Bond with their proposal. Additionally, bidders must comply with the Subcontractors Fair Practice Act for any subcontractors exceeding $110,000 in work value. Bidders should also be registered with the New Mexico Department of Labor if their proposal exceeds $60,000.
