Background The City of Cheyenne is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced consultants to prepare the Program Year 2026 (PY26) Annual Action Plan. Work Details The consultant will assist in preparing the PY26 Annual Action Plan with key responsibilities including: 1. Technical Submission: Preparing the final document for submission to HUD via IDIS. Period of Performance The project timeline includes preparation and submission of the draft Action Plan by March 31, 2026. The public comment period will open on April 3, 2026, followed by an introduction during the City Council meeting on April 27, 2026, and final adoption by May 11, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Bidder Requirements Proposers must have an active Sam.gov registration at the time of proposal submission. They are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing compliance with liability coverages naming the City of Cheyenne as additional insured.
