Background The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard is issuing this Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for Medical & Dental Equipment Maintenance Services. Historically, the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) provided these services, but they are no longer supporting Compo 2 and Compo 3 organizations. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all medical and dental equipment within the Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) is properly serviced, calibrated, and repaired. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Medical and Dental Maintenance Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Performing service, calibration, and repair on all medical and dental equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 3. 2. Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of tasks. 3. Providing services between 0800 - 1630 hours on weekdays, excluding recognized US holidays. 4. Developing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements. 5. Submitting records of calibration and maintenance performed using form DA 2404 within specified timeframes. 6. Informing the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of any required repairs and providing cost breakdowns for each piece of equipment. Period of Performance The Period of Performance is one base year of 12 months with four option years. Place of Performance Services will be performed at designated locations including Cottage Grove Armory in Cottage Grove, MN and Camp Ripley in Little Falls, MN.
