Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for InRoDES Gas Generator Version 1 Machining. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to PRO CAM SERVICES LLC, 323 E Roosevelt AVE, Zeeland, Michigan 49464-1339, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that PRO CAM SERVICES LLC is the sole provider of InRoDES Gas Generator Version 1 Machining. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 332710 Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 2/10/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Background NASA/NSSC has a requirement for InRoDES Gas Generator Version 1 Machining. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to PRO CAM SERVICES LLC, as they are determined to be the sole provider of these machining services. The procurement will be managed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), which is responsible for supporting the InRoDES project. Work Details The contractor shall provide fabrication services for Gas Generator Version 1 hardware, including precision machining and welding of additively manufactured components. The work is divided into two main tasks: Task 1: Machining of Injectors 1. Machine a total of 12 injectors with specified part numbers and quantities. 2. Ensure all parts are machined according to provided drawing specifications and verify compliance through internal inspection processes. 3. Provide a detailed inspection report per ISO 9001:2015 upon completion. 4. Notify NASA immediately if any part is found noncompliant, defined as failure to meet dimensional tolerances or other specified instructions. 5. Complete all machining work within 10 working days from receipt of each set from NASA. 6. Demonstrate experience achieving a surface finish of 16 Ra on ORCAlloy-21 and provide documented examples. 7. Achieve dimensional tolerances of ±0.004" or better on ORCAlloy-21. 8. Verify compliance with AS5202 port types in ORCAlloy-21 using appropriate AN fittings. 9. Hold certification to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards. 10. Handle ITAR-controlled data and parts, ensuring compliance with regulations. 11. Provide necessary fixturing, tooling, and support hardware for machining tasks. Task 2: Machining of Chambers 1. Machine a total of 8 chambers with specified part numbers and quantities. 2. Follow similar procedures as outlined in Task 1 regarding drawing specifications, inspection processes, reporting, and timelines. 3. Demonstrate experience achieving a surface finish of 16 Ra on GRX-810 and provide documented examples. 4. Achieve dimensional tolerances of ±0.004" or better on GRX-810 and verify compliance with AS5202 port types. Place of Performance The work will be performed at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
