Work Details The contractor will provide Dining Facility Attendants (DFA) and Contract Cook Services (CS) at the 124th Fighter Wing Dining Facility. Responsibilities include: serving and replenishing food, cleaning facilities including outside areas, completing food service paperwork, preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar, bussing tables, handling foods and supplies, maintaining quality control, and ensuring proper operation of food service equipment. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for these tasks. The contract cook(s) will augment military personnel during approximately eight Regular Scheduled Drills (RSD) per year, with a minimum notification of 15 business days prior to performance dates. The contractor must also be prepared for increased service needs on short notice. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance for this contract is one twelve-month base period starting May 1, 2026, with the possibility of up to four additional twelve-month option periods at the Government's discretion.
