Background The VA New Jersey Healthcare System (NJHCS) is issuing a contract for Direct Digital Controls services. The goal of this contract is to provide maintenance and support for the Ainsworth enteliWEB Enterprise Facility Management Software System Platform and Honeywell systems at the NJHCS East Orange Campus. Market research indicated that AINSWORTH SERVICES INC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling these requirements. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Provide maintenance, repair, and rebuilding services for the Ainsworth enteliWEB system and associated Honeywell systems. 2. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Direct Digital Controls to maintain optimal performance. 3. Address any technical issues that arise with the software or hardware components of the facility management systems. 4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from February 14, 2026, to February 13, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the NJHCS East Orange Campus located at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018.
