Background The University of New Mexico is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution tailored for higher education. The goal of this contract is to modernize administrative functions across various domains including Financial Administration, Institutional Budgeting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Institutional Operations, Human Resources/Payroll Administration, and Student Information System Administration. The solution aims to enhance service quality, data integrity, security, user experience, operational efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making. Work Details The supplier will deliver a cloud-based SaaS ERP solution specifically designed for higher education institutions. The solution must modernize administrative functions across the following areas: Financial Administration, Institutional Budgeting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Institutional Operations, Human Resources/Payroll Administration (HCM), and Student Information System (SIS) Administration. It should improve service quality, ensure data integrity and security, enhance user experience, increase operational efficiency, reduce technical maintenance efforts, and support data-informed decision-making. Detailed requirements are outlined in the Scope of Work provided in the Buyer Attachments. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from February 2, 2026 to March 2, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico's central campus as well as its branch campuses and health sciences. Bidder Requirements Suppliers must review and accept attached insurance requirements. They are also required to sign and upload a Conflict of Interest Form, complete and upload a Submittal Form, and review HECVAT requirements which may be necessary prior to award.
