Background This service contract is issued by the Pine Bluff Site Office, which is responsible for managing parks and facilities in the Pine Bluff Project Office Area. The mission of this contract is to provide Park Cleaning Services to ensure that the parks and facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition. The goal is to enhance the recreational experience for visitors while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and directives. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required to perform Cleanup Services. Specific tasks include: - Inspection of park areas - Policing of grounds to remove litter and debris - Cleaning of facilities located at Willow Beach Park and David D. Terry: 6 East Park and 6 West Park - Adherence to contract specifications, maps, drawings, attachments, appendices, exhibits - Submission of monthly reports detailing hours worked and compliance with safety standards - Development of a Safety Plan and Quality Control Plan as part of the service delivery. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from March 1 through February 28 of the following year. Place of Performance The services will be performed at parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Project Office Area in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
