Background The Pine Bluff Project Office, part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is responsible for navigation, hydropower, and recreation resources along the Arkansas River from the confluence of the White and Mississippi Rivers to Little Rock. This contract aims to provide mowing and trimming services at various parks within this jurisdiction, specifically Willow Beach Park, Dam Site 6 East Park, and Dam Site 6 West Park. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required to perform mowing and trimming services in the specified parks. The scope includes policing of grounds and ensuring that all services comply with contract specifications and applicable laws. Specific tasks include: - Mowing and trimming at Willow Beach Park (approximately 66 acres), Dam Site 6 East Park (approximately 14 acres), and Dam Site 6 West Park (approximately 15 acres). - Maintenance of shorelines at Willow Beach Park (approximately 9,500 linear feet) and Dam Site 6 West Park (approximately 800 linear feet). - Monthly reporting of contractor exposure hours to the Pine Bluff Project Office for safety reports. - Adherence to quality control measures as outlined in attached plans. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over three periods: from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027; March 1, 2027 through February 29, 2028; and March 1, 2028 through February 28, 2029. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Willow Beach Park, Dam Site 6 East Park, and Dam Site 6 West Park located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
