Background The AATTC North and South Trailer Reconfiguration project is initiated to enhance the security, functionality, and resilience of the Air National Guard (ANG) infrastructure. The project aims to upgrade existing facilities and decommission outdated structures to meet current operational needs. Work Details The project consists of three phases: Phase 1 involves interior upgrades to the AATTC South trailers, including converting an existing room into a SIPR café with new SIPR ports, cabinet relocation, compliant cabling systems, redirected power, and updated door access. Phase 2 focuses on exterior improvements to the South trailers, which include installing a continuous vapor barrier, insulating piping with heat tape, adding lockable access panels, sealing the building envelope, and installing a new awning for energy efficiency and weather protection. Phase 3 entails the decommissioning and removal of the North trailer group from the base. This includes disconnecting utilities (electrical, gas, water, sewer), removing cameras and low-voltage wiring from North trailers, dismantling skirting and lockable access panels, repairing existing decking with new guardrails and stairs for safe access. All work must comply with applicable state and federal laws, ANG policies, and regulations. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the AATTC facility.
