The RFP aims to identify providers capable of delivering a fully licensed and insured fireworks show that complies with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Work Details The fireworks display will last at least 25 minutes and must include a distinct opening and closing. Fireworks shells ranging from 2.5" to 8" will be used, including low-level fireworks. The potential vendor must propose a site-appropriate display following all regulatory requirements. The display will be fired either electronically or manually, with all materials clearly marked and delivered on the day of firing. The vendor is responsible for providing necessary safety equipment, tools, and materials for the display setup. Cleanup responsibilities include removing all firing materials and debris within three hours after the event, as well as conducting a follow-up inspection for unexploded shells the next morning.
