Background The Near East South Asia Center (NESA) for Strategic Studies, which supports the Department of Defense (DoD) and other United States Federal agencies, focuses on countering ideological support for terrorism, fostering regional cooperation on security issues, promoting democracy, and aiding Near East South Asia nations in enhancing their security and defense establishments. NESA's mission is achieved through high-quality academic programs, promoting open and informed dialogue among decision-makers and influential individuals, and sustaining institutional partnerships. This contract is for lodging services in support of the Senior Executive Forum 01-26 (CT-01). Work Details The contractor will provide lodging services from February 6 to February 14, 2026, with check-out at noon on February 15, 2026. The services will accommodate approximately 31 individuals, including 21 United States Government (USG)-funded rooms and 10 self-pay hotel rooms in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The lodging must include: - Rooms of comparable size equipped with workspace, desk, drawers, free high-speed internet, refrigerator, microwave, and secure safe. - A hot breakfast buffet included in the room rate with dietary considerations (no pork or alcohol). - An in-hotel full-service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with sufficient waitstaff. - Three additional full-service restaurants within walking distance not exceeding 0.5 miles.
