Background Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of specific components related to the Bluefors System. The goal of this contract is to acquire necessary materials and services that align with BSA's mission to support scientific research and development under a Prime Contract with the United States Department of Energy (DOE). Work Details The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order/Contract. The specific items to be provided include: 1. DC Installation Set: Kf40 flange 1x Fischer; 2. 12x TWP Cu RT to 4K 12x NbTi/CuNi 4K to MXC; 3. Shielding for 12 twisted wire pairs; 4. Upgrade the DC Installation Set from KF40 to CF40; 5. RF Installation Set KF40 4x SMA RT-4K; 6. RF Installation Set KF40 4x SMA 4K-MXC; 7. Semi-rigid Coaxial Lines (18GHz); 8. Upgrade the RF Installation set from KF40 to CF40. The Offeror must provide detailed specifications and documentation for any alternate products offered, ensuring they meet or exceed the performance parameters specified. Period of Performance The work is expected to be completed within a timeframe of approximately 14 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, Long Island, New York.
