Background The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify sources capable of providing dockside repairs for the USCGC ANGELA MCSHAN (WPC-1135). The vessel is home ported in Cape May, New Jersey, and the goal of this contract is to ensure the cutter is maintained and operational through necessary repairs. Work Details The scope of work includes dockside repairs for the USCGC ANGELA MCSHAN (WPC-1135). Specific tasks include but are not limited to: - Work Item 1: MDE, 8000 Hour Maintenance (QL3), Perform. The contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and personnel to complete these repairs. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is 42 calendar days, starting on August 4, 2026, and ending on September 15, 2026. This timeline is subject to change at the discretion of the contracting authority. Place of Performance All work will be performed at the vessel’s homeport in Cape May, New Jersey. There are no geographical restrictions for this cutter.
