Work Details The Contractor will provide lodging services for the Executive Forum 02-26, taking place from January 23 to 31, 2026, with check-out at noon on February 1, 2026. Accommodations are required for approximately 32 individuals, including 22 United States Government (USG)-funded rooms and 10 self-pay hotel rooms in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The lodging services must include: - Rooms of comparable size equipped with workspace, desk, drawers, free high-speed internet, refrigerator, microwave, and secure safe. - A hot breakfast buffet included in the room rate with dietary accommodations ensuring no pork or alcohol in foods. Chicken will be provided as a substitute for pork. - An in-hotel full-service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals with sufficient waitstaff/servers. Additionally, three full-service restaurants within walking distance (not exceeding 0.5 miles) must be available considering cultural sensitivities for unescorted guests.
