Work Details The contractor is responsible for a wide range of tasks including: 1. **Contract Academic Training (CAT)**: Conducting academic instruction in support of formal course syllabi, training plans, event lesson plans, and training device instruction. This includes platform training, remedial training, monitoring computer-based instruction, and ensuring proper equipment use. 2. **Courseware Development (CWD)**: Producing, updating, and revising courseware materials using Instructional Systems Design principles. This includes analyzing test items for trends, maintaining courseware to support various training programs, and developing an Instructional System Development Management Plan. 3. **Distance Learning Architecture (DLA)**: Providing distance learning services that include performance monitoring and software configuration support. 4. **Electronic Attack Training**: Developing EA techniques, providing jamming equipment for training purposes, conducting exercises, and capturing lessons learned. 5. **Staff Support**: Supplying various staff positions such as Major Command Operations Specialists and Squadron Training Operations Specialists to assist in operations program development, performance analysis, changes in tactical doctrine, and courseware establishment. Period of Performance The contract is scheduled for one base year from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 with four option years extending to September 30, 2025. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various locations including Luke AFB in Arizona; Aviano AB in Italy; other locations within ACC, ANG, AETC, USAFE, PACAF.
